We correct errors promptly and log every substantive correction. If you find an error in our data, methodology, or analysis, please report it so we can fix it.

How to report a correction

Email dan@aidisruption.fyi with the page URL, the specific figure or claim, and your source. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and publish a correction within one week for data errors.

What we correct

• Data errors: incorrect values from upstream sources, misaligned geography mappings, or calculation bugs. We republish the corrected figure and note the change in the methodology changelog.
• Methodology changes: when we change a weight, threshold, or formula, we version the methodology and log the change with its date and rationale.
• Factual or analytical errors: incorrect claims, broken links, or misattributed sources. We update the page and, for significant corrections, note the change at the top of the affected section.

What we do not change

Editorial guidance (career advice, employer recommendations, policy framing) represents the maintainers' synthesis of the evidence. We update it when the underlying evidence changes, but we do not retroactively rewrite guidance to match a new interpretation without noting the change.
